Două companii românești intră într-un indice bursier global

Two companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange will be included in the FTSE Global All Cap index starting September 21, reflecting the growth of Romania's capital market. Alexandru Petrescu, head of the Financial Supervisory Authority, emphasized that this inclusion demonstrates that Romanian issuers meet international standards for liquidity, transparency, and corporate governance. Following this revision, a total of ten Romanian companies will be part of the FTSE Global All Cap index, enhancing the visibility of the local market to international investors and diversifying funding sources for companies.
