The inspection followed a complaint and revealed the facility continued its operations without the necessary authorization. This is not the first penalty for the company, which had previously been fined for the same issue and given specific deadlines to comply. The National Environmental Guard noted that the measures from the prior inspection were not followed, leading to the new fine.
