Două aeronave C-27J Spartan ale Forțelor Aeriene Române, misiune pentru stingerea incendiului de pădure din zona Băile Olănești

The Romanian Air Force deployed two C-27J Spartan aircraft to combat a forest fire in Băile Olănești, Vâlcea County, at the request of the Emergency Situations Department. The aircraft, capable of carrying 6,000 liters of water, took off from Otopeni Air Base. This operation is part of ongoing efforts to manage forest fires in Romania, with similar missions conducted since 2017 in various counties and abroad.
