This action is part of an ongoing investigation into serious crimes including organized crime and fraud, with claims of significant financial losses reported by victims. The case has seen around 700 complaints filed, with a total alleged damage of 75 million euros. The legal proceedings continue as the accused maintain their rights under the law.
