Dosarul Damen Mangalia va fi judecat mai devreme. Șantierul ar putea fi scos la licitație la un preț mai mic
The Constanța Tribunal has advanced the hearing date for the Damen Mangalia shipyard sale case, now set for September 4. The liquidator CITR seeks to lower the sale price below the current market value of 184 million euros. The shipyard is currently in bankruptcy, and the Romanian government has offered Rheinmetall a contract for military vessels, which may include the shipyard's acquisition. Despite the urgency, Rheinmetall has not participated in previous auctions, raising questions about their interest and strategy. The Ministry of Economy emphasizes that the judicial administrator controls the sale process, while the shipyard's assets remain strategically important for Romania.
