The shell was discovered by workers during sidewalk rehabilitation. The deputy mayor took the shell without realizing the danger, leading to police intervention. Experts confirmed it was a live 75 mm shell requiring authorized handling. The shell was safely retrieved for neutralization. Authorities warned about the risks of unexploded ordnance, urging the public to avoid touching such items and to report them immediately.
