The law, which reintroduces public asset declarations for officials, mandates that those declared incompatible or in conflict of interest lose their positions within 30 days. This legislation was published in the Official Gazette and will take effect on January 1, 2027, with the National Integrity Agency responsible for publishing financial interest statements.
