Over 9 million applications were recorded this year, marking a 28% increase from last year. Retail leads with an average of 92.3 applications per job, followed by IT and marketing. Conversely, fields with less competition, such as arts and logistics, offer better hiring chances. Average salaries in these less competitive sectors range from 4,500 to 6,300 lei. Currently, 17,000 jobs are available on eJobs.ro, catering to various industries.
