Dolce & Gabbana obține o derogare de la băncile creditoare după ce a înregistrat pierderi operaționale

Dolce & Gabbana has reached an agreement with creditors to suspend measures related to financial covenant breaches, following operational losses and rising debt. The group's revenues fell by 2% to €1.86 billion, with operational losses exceeding €100 million. Net financial debt increased to €464.5 million. The new agreement allows for the suspension of financial tests until March 2028, while the company commits to improve liquidity and reduce debt-to-EBITDA ratio. Earlier this year, the group explored options for raising new capital, including asset sales, and secured €150 million by extending a licensing deal with EssilorLuxottica.
