Doi teologi și-au susținut doctoratele la Sibiu: una dintre lucrări a fost notată cu „Excelent”

Two doctoral candidates were awarded their PhD in Theology at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Sibiu, focusing on Orthodox spirituality and the challenges faced by migrant families. The public defenses took place on September 29, 2026, attended by university staff, priests, and community members. Arhimandrit Galaction Dominte presented his thesis on Saint Paisie Aghioritul, emphasizing his relevance to contemporary ecclesiastical mission and spiritual guidance. The second thesis by Pr. Emanuel Ioan Pavel explored the Christian family in the context of Romanian migration, highlighting a dialogical approach that included various community voices. Both candidates successfully defended their theses and were awarded their doctoral titles after taking an oath of faith.
