The platform aims to enhance operational capacity by allowing businesses to hire digital workers for specific roles on a subscription basis. Each digital employee operates within defined authority limits and is monitored by humans. The startup focuses on building critical infrastructure for the digital workforce under European regulations, initially targeting Romania and planning expansion to Greece, Spain, and Poland. Outcome1.AI addresses the labor shortage in Romania while promoting AI adoption among SMEs, which currently lags behind the EU average.
