Eileen and Stephen Snow, celebrating 50 years of marriage, were left stranded at Tivat airport after their easyJet flight was delayed. Despite being told the plane was full, they were not allowed to board, along with eight other passengers. The couple received apologies from easyJet, which cited safety regulations regarding weight limits. After being promised assistance that never materialized, they had to arrange alternative travel back to the UK, incurring significant expenses. EasyJet later confirmed the incident and offered compensation.
