The incident was discovered the following morning when the paddock administrator noticed the absence of the horses. Initial assumptions were that the horses had escaped, but surveillance footage confirmed the theft. The owner expressed concern for the horses' safety and fears they may end up at a slaughterhouse. She has alerted authorities and is checking local horse markets for any signs of her missing animals.
