Timisoara entrepreneurs Nicolae Gavra and Sorin Suru are set to develop a complex with over 400 apartments, offices, and commercial spaces in northern Bucharest, near Baneasa Forest. The project, approved by the Local Council of Sector 1, will be built on a 1.4-hectare site along DN1. The residential buildings will reach up to five stories, while office and commercial structures can go up to six. The area is rapidly developing, with existing residential projects and the upcoming Metro Line 6 enhancing accessibility. Gavra and Suru are also planning a nearby aparthotel with 321 rooms, further establishing their presence in the DN1-Baneasa corridor.
