Documentele tehnice ale cadastrului: ce informații conțin și de ce trebuie verificate

The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI) emphasizes the importance of technical documents in systematic property registration. These documents, created by authorized professionals, compile data from various sources to accurately reflect property details. They include the cadastral plan, property register, and an alphabetical list of property rights holders. After preparation, these documents are publicly displayed for verification, allowing property owners to check for discrepancies. Following the verification period, updated documents facilitate the opening of new land books and official property registration. ANCPI is currently implementing Phase II of a project aimed at enhancing property registration in rural areas, co-financed by the EU.
