Documente CNSAS desecretizate în legătură cu Șantierul Naval Tulcea. De la lipsuri și dezorganizare la elevi expuși gazelor toxice

The Tulcea Shipyard, designed in the 1970s to support Romania's ocean fishing fleet, faced significant operational issues, including lack of basic tools and safety hazards. Documents from the former Securitate reveal that by 1978, workers lacked essential equipment, and the electrical system was inadequate, posing fire risks. Disorganization and discipline problems were noted, with some workers engaging in alcohol consumption and gambling during work hours. Additionally, students' practical training conditions were hazardous, with reports of smoke impairing visibility. By late 1979, further irregularities were reported, including poor material storage and inadequate security. The launch of the "Putna" in 1980 also encountered issues due to lack of beneficiary involvement, highlighting the investment's dysfunctionality.
