Ion Țiriac plans to build a 4-star hotel in Otopeni, located 850 meters from the airport with direct train access. The hotel will feature 136 rooms and a pedestrian entrance from the train platform. Nearby, residential units and the major Țiriac Sports Center complex are also planned, with an investment of around 150 million euros.
