Joint Permanent Bureaus of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate convened to schedule minister hearings and the confidence vote. Hearings are expected on Monday, with the vote likely on Tuesday. Niculescu expressed confidence in securing necessary votes, including from parties not in the cabinet. The PSD will hold 11 of the 17 ministerial positions, with notable appointments including Marian Neacșu as Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs. Six technocrats will also be part of the government, covering various ministries.
