Nicolae Kirculescu, a doctor in law and composer, created the famous theme for "Teleenciclopedia" in 1965. Born into an ancient noble family, he studied music from a young age despite his father's wishes for him to pursue law. Kirculescu earned his doctorate at Sorbonne while also studying theater. He composed numerous popular songs, including "Violete pentru fete" and "Coșarul," and wrote over 400 light music pieces. His most recognized work remains the theme for "Teleenciclopedia," originally titled "Moment muzical pentru pian și orchestră," composed in 1946. Kirculescu passed away in 1985, leaving a significant musical legacy.
