Only five of the thirteen Romanian tennis players reached the quarter-finals at the ITF tournament in Câmpulung Muscel, with several notable eliminations. Andreea Prisăcariu and Diana-Ioana Simionescu withdrew, while Bianca Elena Bărbulescu and Teodora Miron were also eliminated. Giulia Safina Popa, Ştefania Bojică, Georgia Andreea Crăciun, Cristiana Nicoleta Todoni, and Patricia Georgiana Goina advanced to the next round.
