In 2025, only four out of 29 companies met the 40% gender representation target for non-executive directors, according to an ASF analysis. The report highlights the low percentage of women in leadership roles, with 19.88% overall representation. While the lack of compliance does not incur penalties, transparency in reporting is mandatory. For 2026, 21 companies submitted gender representation reports, pending final verification. ASF is also developing a standardized questionnaire for corporate governance data collection.
