Doar 13 angajați TESA din Metrorex nu au rude în companie / Negocierile pentru noul Contract Colectiv de Muncă, îngreunate de conflictele de interese

Negotiations for the new Collective Labor Agreement at Metrorex have faced challenges due to the administration's delay in forming the negotiation committee. Only 13 out of hundreds of TESA employees do not have relatives working at the company. A recent AGA decision prohibits administration representatives with relatives in the company from participating in negotiations to avoid conflicts of interest. The union leader noted that it took four weeks to identify suitable personnel for the committee.
