DNSC introduce noi reguli de securitate în domeniul energiei: nota de plată o vor achita românii în facturi

The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) is set to establish cybersecurity protection rules for electricity, natural gas, and hydrogen companies. Operators' expenses for these measures may be recouped through consumer bills, as outlined in a draft law awaiting a vote in the Chamber of Deputies. The DNSC will issue technical security rules and approve cybersecurity strategies for energy producers and distributors. Investment plans in cybersecurity must receive DNSC approval before submission to the regulatory authority. Although the law's effects won't be immediate, it aims to enhance cybersecurity across the sector, expanding from initial requirements for prosumers to a broader scope. The final draft will return to the Senate due to significant changes made by the committees.
