Alongside him, Cosmin Dobre, a coordinator within the same service, was also detained for similar charges. Both are expected to be presented to the Bucharest Tribunal for preventive arrest. The investigation involves other police officers and driving school instructors accused of participating in organized crime and corruption. The group allegedly facilitated driving test passings through various corrupt practices, including preferential scheduling and manipulating test conditions.
