DN Agrar Group S.A. has announced the acquisition of Panorganic Vitavit through its subsidiary, DN Agrar Câlnic S.R.L. The deal includes a purchase agreement for a 48.718% stake and an option for the remaining shares. The total transaction value is estimated at 750,000 euros, with completion expected by December 19, 2026, pending standard conditions. The agreement stipulates that DN Agrar will have significant control over key decisions post-acquisition. Panorganic Vitavit's assets, valued at around three million euros, include a modern greenhouse operational since 2022, currently producing salad and basil. DN Agrar anticipates increasing production capacity through operational optimization and is considering future expansions.
