Dispar taxele de pod de la Fetești, Giurgeni și Giurgiu

Starting October 1, drivers will no longer pay bridge tolls at specific locations in Romania, transitioning to a new road charging system based on usage and emissions. This change aligns with practices in 24 other EU countries, focusing on fair contributions from heavy traffic based on distance traveled and pollution levels. While passenger cars and buses will still require a road vignette, the fees will now consider emission classes. The new system, called TollRo, aims to modernize road tariffs and promote environmentally friendly practices.
