Starting in 2027, Romania's Ministry of Education plans to revise the evaluation and contestation procedures for the National Assessment and Baccalaureate exams. The changes aim to enhance the accuracy of written assessments. If there is a significant score difference between two evaluators, they will be notified for re-evaluation. If discrepancies persist, the work will be randomly reassigned to two other evaluators. The contestation process will also follow similar protocols, ensuring that any notable score differences trigger automatic notifications for re-evaluation. The proposed exam schedules have been adjusted to accommodate various factors, including extreme summer temperatures. Final documents will be approved after public consultation.
