Despite being protected since 1934, the influx of tourists has led to significant coin accumulation, with over 50,000 coins retrieved in recent years. The village has urged visitors to refrain from this practice to protect the natural springs, which are vital to the area's ecosystem. To address this, a donation box has been introduced to support environmental maintenance instead of throwing coins.
