Dilema care încurcă șoferii din Galați. Semafor roșu și săgeata intermitentă, regulile pe care puțini le ştiu

A traffic intersection in Galați has confused drivers due to conflicting signals: a red light and an intermittent green arrow. While instructors clarify the rules, many drivers remain uncertain about whether to stop or proceed. Some stop at the red light, while others follow the green arrow, leading to confusion. The situation raises questions about the clarity of traffic regulations and the behavior of drivers in such scenarios. Instructors emphasize the importance of checking for pedestrians before making a right turn, but many drivers still struggle with the rules.
