DIICOT: trei arestați pentru trafic de droguri în București, prin metoda „dead drop”

An investigation by DIICOT revealed a drug trafficking operation involving two young men who used encrypted messaging to negotiate drug sales. They allegedly left ketamine in a park in Sector 4, Bucharest. Three men, aged 22, 23, and 53, were arrested and charged with drug trafficking. During searches, authorities found cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis, and other substances. The 22-year-old is accused of selling various drugs since 2024, using a 'dead drop' method for distribution. The operation involved police and special intervention units, and the suspects maintain their presumption of innocence.
