DIICOT has placed a seizure on 184 properties linked to the Nordis Mamaia project, valued at over 12 million euros, amid ongoing investigations into organized crime and fraud. The properties include apartments, commercial spaces, and land, all tied to allegations of serious financial misconduct. A recent court ruling lifted a previous seizure on Nordis assets, allowing the companies to resume transactions. However, new complaints have led to further legal actions, with additional claims of fraud amounting to over 28 million euros. The case has escalated with numerous complaints from affected clients who allege they have not received their purchased apartments.
