DIICOT has expanded the criminal investigation in the Nordis case following 50 new complaints from 109 victims, with additional damages exceeding 42 million lei, 14 million euros, and 17,000 dollars. The investigation targets the administrators of the companies involved and four commercial entities for serious fraud. This extension is based on new allegations of fraud, adding to previous complaints that had already raised the total damages to approximately 75 million euros. The case includes serious charges such as organized crime, embezzlement, money laundering, and tax evasion. The inquiry continues against the group's administrators and the implicated companies.
