The Blaj City Hall is set to implement AI and RPA technologies to enhance public administration efficiency. A tender for software services was launched, with an estimated value of 1.875 million lei. The project aims to modernize administrative activities, improve internal processes, and enhance citizen-business interactions. It includes 17 RPA and AI solutions across various administrative domains, such as accounting, document management, and public procurement. An AI virtual assistant will provide citizens with 24/7 access to public information. The initiative is expected to streamline operations, improve service accessibility, and support data-driven decision-making.
