Diana Buzoianu: „S-a creat un dâmb pe Dunăre”
Diana Buzoianu, the Minister of Environment, announced that the Danube may reach a historic low of 1,360 cubic meters per second. She noted that previous estimates regarding the Cernavodă power plant's operation are no longer valid due to new obstacles affecting water flow. Ongoing dredging works aim to manage the situation, but the outlook remains grim. The government allocated 5 million lei for these urgent dredging efforts, emphasizing the critical nature of the current water levels.
