In Buzău, 14 searches were conducted, including at the Driving License Service, related to bribery and influence trafficking for obtaining driving permits. Candidates allegedly offered between 600 and 1,000 euros to instructors and intermediaries to pass practical exams. The operation, led by the Anti-Corruption Directorate, aimed to gather evidence in a case involving bribery and influence peddling. Searches were also carried out at police examiners' homes and other related locations. The investigation revealed that candidates paid bribes to influence examiners favorably during practical tests.
