MediaCity has secured a strategic partnership and €18.7 million investment from Immo Rominvest, enhancing its growth strategy. This capital increase allows Immo Rominvest to hold a 33.3% stake in MediaCity, which will support simultaneous project development and market expansion. The partnership between Andrei Sandu and Peter De Cuyper has evolved from project-level investments to a holding-level collaboration, reflecting shared values and vision. MediaCity, with 30 years of experience, currently manages over 1,600 residential units and is set to launch new projects, including Titan Premium Apartments, which will feature 451 apartments and commercial spaces.
