The developer of Goldiș Residence in Brașov has received approval to build a four-story aparthotel with a rooftop heliport. The project, Prestige Towers, will feature 100 apartments and a lounge-club with a pool. The land occupancy rate is set at 35%, with a maximum height of 22 meters. The developer is also required to plant trees in the surrounding area.
