Bogos discussed his initial contact with the officer during a business delegation from Israel, where he was offered management assistance. In April 2024, the officer allegedly informed him of a serious criminal investigation against him, prompting Bogos to pay 40,000 euros for management relocation to stabilize his business. He mentioned various individuals linked to the case but denied any actual business dealings with them.
