Dezavantaj pentru prosumatori odată cu decontarea lunară din noua lege: injecția de energie în rețea vara pentru a fi extrasă iarna, pentru încălzire, nu mai e posibilă - Economica.net

The new monthly settlement system for electricity supplied by prosumers has significant drawbacks for small and medium-sized producers, as it eliminates the ability to offset energy between seasons. Prosumers will receive payments monthly for excess energy injected into the grid, rather than being able to store it for future use. The regulatory authority has proposed new contractual rules that detail how energy consumption and supply will be billed monthly, affecting the financial dynamics for prosumers. As of January 2027, new allocation options may be available, but the current contracts remain unchanged. The number of prosumers in Romania has reached nearly 360,000, with a total capacity exceeding 4,000 MW.
