Detonarea Stâncii Pârjoaiei dă rezultate. Miruţă: Nivelul apei la Cernavodă a crescut cu 2 centimetri

The water level at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant increased by 2 centimeters, contrary to forecasts predicting a decrease, following a controlled detonation operation. This intervention aimed to enhance the flow of the Old Danube and ensure water supply to the plant. Minister Radu Miruță highlighted the operation's success, noting a net gain of at least 4 centimeters. The controlled detonation involved over 100 military personnel and 16 technical means, and was crucial to prevent the plant's shutdown amid declining water levels.
