The Alba County Council is preparing for snow removal on county roads for the winter of 2026-2027, allocating over 14.1 million lei for various services. A tender has been launched for winter maintenance, divided into two lots covering different areas of the county. Services will be provided from November 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with priority given to roads with the highest viability. Four snow removal bases will be established to ensure quick response times.
