An adverse opinion was issued, indicating that the financial data does not accurately reflect the institution's financial situation. Key issues included overvalued properties by over 22 billion lei, unrecorded debts, and discrepancies between accounting records and national reporting systems. Additionally, improper payments for non-existent animals and construction works without proper procurement procedures were noted. ANSVSA is required to address these issues by December 31, 2026, including clarifying asset evaluations and recovering unjustified payments.
