Desemnarea lui Siegfried Mureșan ca premier ajunge în instanță

The Bucharest Court of Appeal will review a request to annul the presidential decree appointing Siegfried Mureșan as a candidate for prime minister. The action was initiated by the Association of Italians in Romania, represented by independent MP Ioana Grosaru. The case is assigned to the IXth Section of administrative and fiscal litigation, with the first hearing set for September 28. The contested decree was issued by President Nicușor Dan on September 21 and published the same day, designating Mureșan to seek parliamentary approval for the new government's program and composition.
