Descoperire macabră în apele Dunării: O motocicletă și doi soldați germani, găsiți la câțiva metri de Parlamentul Ungariei
German specialists discovered a motorcycle and the remains of two soldiers in the Danube, revealed by low water levels. The findings were made by Volksbund, which recovers and reburies war casualties. The motorcycle, likely a DKW NZ 350-1 from WWII, was found near the Hungarian Parliament. Identification plates of the soldiers were preserved, indicating their deaths were never reported to German authorities. Additional military artifacts were also uncovered. The remains will be reburied in Budaörs military cemetery. The low water levels may lead to more discoveries of war-related remains.
