Descoperire istorică: Amprente de 15.000 de ani pe mărgele de lut
Scientists have found ancient clay beads with fingerprints, indicating they are among the earliest ornaments created by Neolithic people. These 142 beads, dating back approximately 15,000 years, push back our understanding of when Neolithic cultures began making decorative items. The study reveals that both children and adults participated in crafting these beads, reflecting new forms of symbolic expression. The findings suggest a deeper connection between clay, symbolism, and the emergence of sedentary life. The beads, discovered in Israel, show that a symbolic revolution began earlier than previously thought, indicating profound social and cognitive changes were already underway.
