Archaeologists in Poland discovered a necklace made of 42 teeth, over 5,000 years old, in a burial mound. The teeth may come from wolves, dogs, bears, and possibly humans. The find was made near Żórawina during excavations, revealing a strange burial site. Each tooth had a hole at the root, indicating it was crafted by humans. The exact origin of the teeth is still unknown, but they likely belonged to various animals and possibly humans. Additionally, a nearly complete skeleton of a man and other artifacts were found, dating the burial to around 2900 BC, predating other known funerary monuments in the area. Researchers believe the buried man belonged to the Corded Ware culture, known for its pastoral lifestyle. Excavations will continue to uncover more about the community's life in Lower Silesia over 5,000 years ago.
