Descinderi în Arad și Bihor: Mascații au ridicat mai mulți suspecți de evaziune fiscală

Police in Arad have initiated a criminal case for tax evasion against a company and its administrator for conducting mining activities without a license. Raids were conducted in Arad and Bihor counties at various commercial sites and residences of suspects. Investigators found that from 2022 to 2025, the company operated a gravel pit illegally, selling aggregates without issuing fiscal receipts. On September 4, 2026, 11 search warrants were executed, leading to the seizure of documents relevant to the case. The investigation continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office in Arad.
