Derapaj al liderului sindical de la Metrorex: „Cam multe femei care conduc și iau decizii”
Marian Artimon, the president of the Metrorex Union, made a sexist remark during a press conference, criticizing the number of women in leadership roles. He claimed that too many women are making decisions for the metro, without linking this to the financial issues faced by the company. Artimon emphasized the need for technical expertise over economic considerations in decision-making. He also highlighted a significant staff shortage at Metrorex, with nearly 1,000 positions unfilled. The union warned of potential salary delays and the risk of operational disruptions if employees take unpaid leave. Artimon stated that employees might decide to act if their contractual obligations are not met.
