Deputatul sibian Bogdan Trif, atac la Siegfried Mureșan: „Îl consider un trădător de țară"

The proposed government led by Siegfried Mureșan failed to secure parliamentary approval, receiving only 182 votes in favor, while 233 were needed. PSD members attended the session but did not vote. Sibiu deputy Bogdan Trif criticized Mureșan's cabinet as "anti-Romanian" and labeled him a "traitor to the country." Trif opposed austerity measures, new taxes, and policies he believes harm the Romanian population and industry. He accused Mureșan of acting against Romania's interests regarding PNRR funds. Trif emphasized the need for a government that prioritizes Romanian citizens and supports economic growth.
