Deputatul AUR Dan Tanasă a fost trimis în judecată pentru incitare la ură. PressOne a arătat traseul prin care acesta a ajuns portavocea anti-imigrație din România

Dan Tanasă, a deputy from AUR, has been indicted for inciting hatred after urging Romanians to reject deliveries from foreign workers. The General Prosecutor's Office completed its investigation and forwarded the case to the High Court. Tanasă's controversial Facebook post in August 2025 called for a boycott of orders not delivered by Romanians, which prosecutors argue incited public hatred against foreign workers based on race and nationality. Despite facing accusations, Tanasă has refused to comment and maintains that he highlighted a real issue regarding the increasing number of foreign workers in Romania. The National Council for Combating Discrimination has recorded multiple cases of discrimination against non-EU citizens, emphasizing the ongoing challenges of discrimination in society.
